Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process;
- First contact person throughout the whole application process;
- Active search of candidates;
- Create and publish the recruitment ads;
- Screening of applicants (phone and face to face interviews);
- Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
- Building a database of suitable candidates;
- Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities;
- Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree within Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related discipline;
- At least 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience;
- Proficiency in French and English;
- Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently.
