Recruiter with English & French



  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process;
  • First contact person throughout the whole application process;
  • Active search of candidates;
  • Create and publish the recruitment ads;
  • Screening of applicants (phone and face to face interviews);
  • Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
  • Building a database of suitable candidates;
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities;
  • Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree within Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related discipline;
  • At least 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience;
  • Proficiency in French and English;
  • Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently.
