We are looking for a Sales Assistant/Waiter Wine&Spirits, for a new concept of store, in Timisoara.
Responsibilities
- Customer service in retail and hospitality
- Workplace cleanliness.
- Supply of shelves - cellar
- Cash management
- Compliance with shift manager instructions.
- Preparation of event space when there are planned.
- Telephone-physical customer service
- Informing the supervisor in case of depletion of products
- Continuous learning of products
- Friendly and substantial sale for the purpose of future customer interaction.
- Cafe and cava customer service upon request.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace and table seats.
- Preparation - closing of the workplace
- Cash maintenance and delivery at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Comfort in communication
- Immediacy, consistency, responsibility, ability to organize
- Teamwork / perception
