We are looking for a Hardware Designer in Timisoara.
The Embedded Systems (ES) teams of Neways Technologies, HW designers work within a broad spectrum of electronics and customer applications.
The spectrum of technologies ranging from:
Power electronics, . power supply (sub)systems, power inverters, motor control;
Analogue electronics (DC to Radio Frequency, low to high current & voltage);
Digital, mixed mode;
Programmable logic, . FPGA and/or microcontroller based designs;
Communication interface topologies;
User Interfaces, . LCD touch, keypads;
Customer base & application examples
Customer base & application examples;
Electronic Control System;
User Interface Control System;
Lithographic machinery;
Subsystem design;
Charging System;
Engagement across 4 market verticals
Our customers we serve, have product, (sub)system or machine applications in either: Semiconductor, or Automotive, or Medical, or Industrial market.
What is needed
Well-founded knowledge (bachelor and/or master degree) in electrical engineering
Potentially job experience in any of our market verticals
experience in power electronics, electronics to control and convert electric power for applications like E-charger, solar systems and/or motor control;
experience with CE, EMC directive and UL standards is preferred;
knowledge of HW tools (Spice, Matlab, Altium, DXdesigner) is preferred;
Fluent in English language, spoken and written
Structured and accurate way of working
Willingness for constant learning and improving.
Your tasks include:
design, develop, implement, test and document hardware modules, products or systems;
setup or support work break schedule;
working according to design methods, procedures, guidelines, instructions and plans;
keep your hardware design expertise up to date.

Benefits
Salary will be paid on the 10th of the following month
Amount of holidays: start with 23 (possibility to increase to, according to PH Policy)
Easter/Christmas bonus: 300 RON Christmas and 300 RON Eastern
13th month pro rata wrt the amount of worked months in the previous calendar year paid with the salary of January (on the 10th of February)
Lunch tickets: 20 RON per worked days -> Neways provides PH with the worked day, holidays, sick days, travel days
